Ford at Essense Festival

Ford Essence Festival Booth

For the Essence Music Festival, Ford wanted to show up in style. My team at Imagination, was tasked infusing the message and energy of Ford’s ‘Its Her Motion’ campaign into an experiential activation. Our solution, for the 10,000 sq. ft. booth space, centered around a Fashion Runway photo-op and featured an interactive Welcome Wall, Fit-Check kiosk, and SiriusXM stage.

I collaborated with designers and strategist to develop two experiential concepts for the pitch, and owned the 3D design tasks once the runway concept was selected. This included drafting floor plans then modeling & rendering the space, solidifying the user journey for each interactive touchpoint, using generative AI to realize additional mood imagery, and working with vendors for fabrication and furniture selection. For the activation I traveled to New Orleans as the head creative on-site and oversaw the install and first live day of the event.
