VISA Payments Forum

Every year, over four thousand attendees gather to engage with Visa leaders as they share insights, trends, and showcase the latest innovations. My team at Imagination was hired by VISA to execute the design and production of the 2024 VISA Payments Forum conference in San Francisco. We designed a 3-day conference experience that spanned 3 venues, exhibited 8+ teams product offerings, highlighted industry speakers, and featured a kick-off and a final evening event.

Throughout the project I took on a range of responsibilities. I used Vectorworks to create floor plans, design custom structures, and arrange furniture across event venues. For the interactive product booths in the main hall, I developed user journeys, and used Rhino to model designs for Unreal renders. For the events I used photoshop to visualize comps. Additionally, I presented both internally and to clients and worked with vendors - communicating design need to fabricators and sourcing furniture and props.
